(Columbus, OH) Today, Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health released their Stay Safe Ohio Order which took effect at midnight. This plan extends the current stay at home order through May 29th, 2020.
The plan makes certain exceptions, including permissions to go to the local businesses that are open. Businesses that can open, as well as the steps they are required to take, are itemized in the order and it also lists the businesses that must remain closed at this time. The full order details how businesses and the public should move forward for the next month, recognizing that some changes may be announced along the way. To see the full order, please click here.
The Governor is anticipated to discuss this order in more detail today during his 2:00 pm press conference. If anything changes during that time, we will update our members. As always, please visit our COVID-19 page for the latest updates.
