Care Source -Care source has told us to wait until August to contact them again concerning Secure Care. They have put us on hold while starting a new care source plan in Georgia which needs their full attention.
MMO - A meeting has been scheduled for this month to continue the conversation of them joining.
Molina - At this time we do not know their intentions although they were very interested a few months ago. We will again reach out and try to resume conversation asking them what they think of the plan.
Aetna – Honda - We have talked to Aetna and they did give a temporary solution. The solution was a special fax number that docs can use to ask the status of the patient and how close the patient is to the 25 visit review period. For all Honda employees they are asking that you submit the following information (only what is appropriate for the specific patient) on the first day of service:
